What we cover.
AL1 Tutor is aligned to the Singapore Ministry of Education syllabus from Primary 1 through Junior College. Five subjects at launch: Mathematics, English, Chinese, Science, and Tamil.
Mathematics
PSLE Mathematics through to H1/H2 Mathematics at JC, including the new 2026 PSLE syllabus (Speed removed; Algebra introduced at Primary 6).
- E-Math and A-Math both covered at Secondary level.
English
PSLE English through to General Paper (8807) at JC. Composition feedback is graded against MOE Achievement Levels for PSLE and against the relevant grading conventions for Secondary and JC.
- JC coverage is GP, not Literature.
Chinese
Chinese Language across Primary and Secondary, including Higher Chinese where the syllabus differs. Mother-tongue coverage informs both academic study and conversation practice.
Science

- Primary Science begins at P3 per MOE — there is no P1 or P2 Science syllabus.
- Cells topic removed from the 2026 Primary syllabus; AL1 Tutor follows the cohort year.
Tamil
Tamil Language as a Mother Tongue across Primary and Secondary, with the same composition and grammar coverage as Chinese.
- Tamil launches in text-only mode. Oral practice for Tamil is in development.
